| Note | A sticky text card — the basic unit. Double-clicking empty canvas also makes one. |

| Heading | Large section text for structuring a board visually. |
| To-do | A checklist card; each line checks off. Can become a scheduled task via Task details. |
| Folder | A board inside your board — a container for another canvas. Double-click its card to enter. (Not a project.) |
| Column | An ordered vertical list that holds other cards — kanban-style lanes. |
| Comment | A speech-bubble note for feedback and discussion, visually distinct from content. |
| Document | A long-form rich-text page with Markdown (headings, lists, links). |
| Time | Opens the Timeline: Calendar, Gantt and Reports. |
| Load | Opens Workload: everyone’s tasks and hours side by side. |
| Image | Drop or upload pictures; the card shows them full-bleed. |
| Link | A URL card with a rich preview of the page. |
| Video | Embed YouTube/Vimeo, or upload a file — plays in place (space/arrows control playback when selected). |
| Audio | Reference tracks and clips with an inline player. |
| Table | A structured grid for lists and simple databases. |
| Sketch | A freehand drawing canvas for quick illustrations. |
| Map | A location pin card with map search. |
| File Upload | Attach any file; recognized types get an icon and preview. |
| Diagram shapes | Process, Start/End, Decision, Circle, Data and Document shapes — connect them with wires for flowcharts. |
| Trash | Everything you delete waits here until you empty it — restore anytime. |
| Menu & settings | Menu opens Settings & Preferences, Present, Blueprints, Take the tour, and switches for optional toolbar panels. |
